● Saturday, June 22 – Council KICK-OFF and training. – Have your Unit Coordinator join us for a fun and in depth look at all the value and tools available to your unit during this sale. Register Here
● Tuesday, Aug. 13 – Unit orders are due in the Trail’s End system
● Friday, Aug. 30 – Door-to-Door Sales Start
● Saturday, Sept. 14 – Show & Sell Store Fronts Sales Start – Sign up in the Trail’s End System
● Tuesday, Sept. 24 – Reorders due in the Trail’s End System
● Sunday, Oct. 20 – Sale Ends
● Monday, Oct. 21 – Friday, Oct. 25 – Settle Popcorn Accounts
– (Commission will drop by 5% on unsettled accounts Wednesday, Oct. 30 by 6 PM)
Trail’s End System Sign Up Steps
1:Visit https://portal.trails-end.com
2: Select Oregon Trail Council – Your District, and then Your Unit.
3: Fill in your Contact data:
4: Your information is sent to the Council Service Center for review and approval
5: Once approved – The Trail’s End system will send you an email to finalize your account set up.
(This email must be used within 24 hours of receipt or the link will time out.)
